Background
The site is currently occupied by a waste management business and a self-storage unit.
It is situated to the west of Church Road and reached via shared private access roads to the north and south.

Residential properties on Tallack Road and Marconi Road back on to the site. The Church Road area is identified in the Council’s Lea Valley Eastside Vision as having potential for new employment space and homes.
