About Us

About Landvest Developments

The company is currently made up of two Directors each bringing their own drive, enthusiasm and individual knowledge to the business.

Both Richard and Jamie have extensive experience in the property industry, which helps to provide a balanced and considered view when dealing with a wide range of development matters. The company is also supported by Emma Taylor, who deals with all the administrative matters within the business and is responsible for social media, marketing and accounting matters.

Richard Collins

Richard began his career in residential development with Try Homes in late 2006.  Following the acquisition of Linden Homes, Richard remained with the business during the property downturn until January 2009 taking up a land buying position with Banner Homes.  During this time Richard developed a detailed understanding of the development process from the original mechanics of agreeing the deal to the delivery of a detailed and implementable planning consent.  Having progressed within the Banner Homes business up until the CALA Homes acquisition in March 2014 and beyond, Richard took up a Director position with Landvest in April 2015.

Jamie Braha

Jamie has been working in the property industry for over ten years starting in agency with a well established Islington property company.  He was then selected to join Barratt Homes Graduate Program where he spent two years. After leaving Barratt he joined the property investment company Palmhurst Group (part of the William Pears Group) where he developed a keen eye for deal making. Jamie joined Shanly Homes in 2010 but was quickly headhunted by Banner Homes to establish a new regional patch in Essex, which proved to be hugely successful. Jamie was continually promoted within the business, which continued with the CALA Homes acquisition and creation of the North Home Counties region. Jamie accepted a Director position with Landvest Developments Ltd in April 2016.
